The Opportunity

The Sweet Potato was facing a challenge with a paging system to make announcements or page employees in the store. The challenge was to implement this with a dated analog phone system.

Infinite added additional speakers to the existing sound system and implemented a Crown amplifier with independent audio zones. We realized that we would need to overtake the house audio when a page came through. Infinite procured the Bogen Zone Paging Controller which allowed for this to happen.

Infinite programmed an extension as a paging port where any phone in the building would be able to page an announcement. With recommendations from the Infinite team, The Sweet Potato was left with a very robust paging system on par with current trends.
