Once hired in 2015, Infinite Corporation restructured the entire IT infrastructure throughout the CPVM Corporation. Head Office to over 40 retail outlets were all audited and standardized to current & ongoing needs. Infinite worked with it’s IT partners throughout the industry to introduce products and services that can be streamlined and expanded with a hands on approach.
From there, Infinite’s Managed IT team maintains & upgrades all stores from coast to coast, from open to close in order to ensure the continued smooth operation of all CPVM retail stores.
- Infinite Help Desk: A ticketing system used by over 200 CPVM Employees to ensure the smooth operation of the retail stores.
- Structured all IT store operations with service partners that will respond along with an Infinite IT specialist. Ex: Infinite works directly with an ISP Partner to ensure maximum Internet uptime.
- Critical data backup: Implemented a cloud backup solution with PCI compliance for all critical data across the company.
